Mouse monoclonal antibody Anti-Human ABCF2

Catalog No. BMR00412 ¡Î2001C1¡Ï Data Sheet

¢£Background
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and White). This protein is a member of the GCN20 subfamily. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. [NCBI Entrez Gene Summary]

¢£Application Data
Detection of ABCF2 by Western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from human HEK293 (H, 25 μg) , mouse NIH3T3 (M, 25 μg) and rat F2408 (R, 25 μg) cells. [Lot No. 2001C1-1]

Predicted molecular weight: 71 kDa
  Western blot protocol
Immunoprecipitation: RIPA lysate of HeLa cells was incubated with anti-ABCF2 mAb. [Lot No. 2001C1-1]

Predicted molecular weight: 71 kDa
  Immunoprecipitation protocol
HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/PBS and then permeabilized in 90% methanol. Cells were stained with anti-ABCF2 mAb (shaded) or isotype control (unshaded) followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. [Lot No. 2001C1-1]
  Flow cytometry protocol
