2025 marks their 19th year with the company. Serves as a bridge between customers and internal teams by drawing on hands-on experience in development and quality control, as well as experience across diverse departments.

Current business and an unwavering commitment to quality
The core of Bio Matrix Research, Inc.'s (Hereinafter abbreviated as "BMR") current business is the production and sale of antibodies used as raw materials for in vitro diagnostics. These antibodies are used in a wide range of products for various diseases including influenza and malaria, and are boast a high repeat purchase rate. From a product management perspective, it would be ideal if our best-selling antibodies were a universal fit for every customer, however since components and reagent conditions vary from customer to customer, no single antibody is suitable for all customers. This is why we believe it is important for customers to evaluate all samples and select the best-suited options for themselves.
Based on my experience working in the quality control department myself, I have a thorough understanding of and high level of confidence in the quality of BMR's products. There is virtually no performance variation between lots, and in the unlikely event that a non-conforming product that fails to meet our standards is produced, it is discarded in its entirety, even if during a mass production run. This is made possible by a system that is "not vulnerable to human manipulation", and a company-wide culture in which no one compromises on quality, ensuring that issues are never concealed out of fear of financial loss. I believe that it is this manufacturing floor environment which is the organizational strength behind BMR's unwavering quality.

Contributing to society and a vision for the future
Since transitioning from head of sales to Executive Assistant to the President in June 2025, my work has shifted primarily toward building external relationships on the sales side. Where the focus of my work was previously on fulfilling individual orders, I now spend more time on management-level work aimed at strengthening our relationships with individual customers. In practical terms, this means reaching out to uncover customers' unspoken needs and using the introduction of newly developed products as an opportunity to strengthen those individual relationships.
The internal structure of the company has also changed significantly. In the past, individuals were often juggling multiple responsibilities, but the team has grown and roles have become more clearly defined. This has given each employee more breathing room, allowing them to focus more fully on their work. Beyond product quality, I also recognize in BMR a genuine commitment to providing equal opportunities for people around the world to live in good health, as reflected in donations to organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) and Malaria No More Japan. I believe this social contribution perspective is one of the most significant advancements we have made in recent years. I myself also try to continuously keep up with the latest developments and stay informed so as not to fall behind the times. My ideal vision for Bio Matrix Research, Inc. is for it to remain a company that contributes to the health of people around the world by deepening our relationships of trust with customers.
